Sorry--the full title of Kalat's book shd. be:

J-Horror: The Definitive Guide to The Ring, The Grudge and Beyond

Since I needed to fix that, while I'm at it, "isse" shd. be "issue," and "a East Asian" shd. be "an East Asian"
