I don't get NHK Hi-Vision, so I can't say for sure, but I doubt it. 
There is a chance, as has happened with other Japanese films that won 
awards abroad, that the theatrical screening will show the subtitled 
print one day out of seven, or something like that. But you'd have to 
check with the theater.
