Name reading query

Hi Jasper,
   
  I wonder if it's Washio Hitenmaru. I don't have chapter and verse for this, but where the characters ?V?? occur in combination, either on their own or in conjunction with a third character preceding them, it seems that Tenmaru is the most common reading. For instance, this ???V?? is read Totenmaru and this ?C?V?? is Kaitenmaru.
