Japanese Documentary on Wajda

I was at a seminar on Friday where the former Polish culture minister J?sef Tejchma (the one who lost his job over 'Man of Marble') mentioned being interviewed recently by a Japanese documentarist about Wajda and censorship.  He had no idea about the name of the documentarist ('middle-aged', he thought).
If anyone could satisfy my curiosity as to the identity of this film-maker, I'd appreciate it.
