Quick documentary box question

Hope someone out there can help me with this: on the Yamagata website, its lists the interview "Documentarists of Japan, #25: Mori Tatsuya" in the latest issue of Documentary Box. However, there's no link to the article itself. I just wondered who actually conducted this interview?
