forgotten new wave films

Dear Kinejapaners,

Does anybody know if exist any copies of films by Tamura Tsutomu (Akunin
shigan) and Takahashi Osamu (Kanojo dake ga shitteiru, Shisha to no kekkon
and so on) available on VHS or DVD ?
