Films on the Law

I also don't know "law films" per se (à la John Grisham), but there  
are many many police flics and tv shows. Taiyo ni Hoero, Shinjukuzame  
and Tokusou Saizensen immediately come to mind. They aren't courtroom  
drama (straight up hardboiled fare), but they are about law enforcement.
