Takamatsu Toyojiro

Greetings All,

First, hello everyone, I'm Richard Davis, a second-year PhD student at  
the University of Chicago.

I'm looking for information on Takamatsu Toyojiro, an early exhibitor  
and filmmaker known, among other things, for his socialist allegorical  
interpretations of foreign films.  So far the only source I've found  
is in Komatsu Hiroshi's "Some Characteristics of Japanese Cinema  
before World War I" in the Reframing Japanese Cinema collection.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
