Yokohama and Yokosuka

For a long time now I keep wishing a programer here in Tokyo would put
together a series on films set in Yokohama. Films that explore the
interconnection of industry and confluence of cultures that take
place in port cities and that place Yokohama as a contrasting urban
space to Tokyo.
Since I have yet to see a program like this I wanted to ask people's
recommendations of films that are set or deal with the space of
Yokohama or other ports of trade in Japan (Yokosuka, Kobe, Hakodate
etc). In terms of time period I'm most interested in the 50s-70s. Some
examples of what I've been thinking of are "Mondays with Yuka/月曜日
のユカ" and "Pigs and Battleships/豚と軍艦".
Any other films that you can think of that fit these criteria?
Thanks for your help,
Kenneth Shima
