Missing issue of 'Archives'

Dear Kinejapaners,
Could anyone help me obtain a copy of the translation/article on Kinugasa that Aaron and others cite: 'Une avant-garde au Japon: Une page folle" by LEWINSKY-STRAULI in Archives 15, 1988 ?
Unfortunately, the issue is missing from the binder at the BFI, and the catalogue entry at the National Art Gallery is a stub, which seems to exhaust holdings in the UK (although the journal title is a rather ubiquitous one to search).
I regret that I don't have access to inter-library loan.
