Hello all,

I am a phd student at University of Rochester.

I have come across an interesting film by Lee Hagin titled Ihoujin no kawa
(foreigner's river), 1975.
The film stars the Japanese popular band CAROL's Johnny Okura (credited with
his Korean name Pak Unan $BKQ1 at _e(B) who had just in 1975 "come out" as
Zainichi Korean.
I wonder if anyone have any suggestions about where I can find out more
about this film?
Do you know any good literature on the film, Lee Hagin or Johnny Okura (as
Pak Unan)?

I had the chance to see this film in $B:_F|4Z?MNr;K;qNA4[!J(BHistory Museum of J-Koreans
http://www.j-koreans.org/etc/picup.html$B!K(B which is adjacent
to Mindan's Tokyo office. Do you know if a vhs or dvd copy of it exists in
the United States?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards.

Shota
