Kinema Club X: at SCMS in Tokyo

I am in the same position as Deborah -- my university is funding the air
ticket and if I/our panel does not present, I will have to return the
money.  As it is, if I don't go I will have to refund whatever is refunded
to me, which will still be at a loss!  So can we have a deadline by which we
decide whether or not to go ahead?  Lola
