[SCMSL] URGENT -- SCMS CONFERENCE CANCELLATION

Hi all!

This is all so disappointing... I too have been planning this for months. Am
wondering what to do as it'll be my first visit to Tokyo and am travelling
alone... will these unofficial gatherings be easy to find for the Tokyo
novice??? Guess it's too early to tell... Anybody else travelling from
Ireland? Or are there many grad students like me still planning on making
the trip? Also, I had booked a hotel that was very convenient to Josai,
Tokyo Green Palace near Kojimachi Station. Is this a good location? Thanks
everybody! Great to hear of such pro-activity and determination in the face
of such adversity.
