Naomi Kawase's Hotaru foreign rightsholders

Incidentally, the Director's Fortnight in Cannes is showing a new version of Hotaru, re-edited by Kawase and running 110 minutes. The screening is May 14 at 2pm.
I can't find any details about print source or international rights on the Fortnight's website nor in their presskit. Maybe in the catalogue.

Hi Jasper,
               My festival had contacted Wowow previously and subsequent leads led, without success, to an English subtitled print. I will be interested to know if you could locate one. Do let me know as I am still keen.

Dear Kinejapanners,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me who handles the overseas screening rights for Naomi Kawase's Hotaru at the moment. I think it was originally Wild Bunch, but this was when the film was made years ago, so I wonder if their rights have relapsed by now.
