National Film Centre

Dear Kinejapanners,

For various reasons, I need to contact someone at the National Film Centre in Tokyo, but I don't have a number for them and when I've looked at the NFC website, the "contacts" section, but in Japanese and English, rather unhelpfully says "under construction."
Can anyone help me with this maybe, to dig out a contact I can approach as I have a few questions regarding exhibitions I'm helping put together for next year.
