Itami Mansaku's birthname

Hello,

Does anyone know the correct reading of Itami Mansaku's birthname $BCSFb5AK-(B - I'm thinking its Ikeuchi Gihou, but wouldn't mind some verification.
Also, anyone know why both he and his son Juzo both used the Itami pseudonym rather than their own name?
