Short film involving hikikomori

Hi all,
An acquaintance of mine is doing a research project on hikikomori in film, and is looking for the title and distributor info for a short film that he once saw on the subject. The plot is as follows:
A young man in his mid-thirties lives alone in an apartment that his parents pay for him to live in. Every day his routine includes ordering a pizza for delivery. One day his pizza is delivered by an attractive young woman who tries speaking to him. She comes a few more times but then quits the pizza place. The hikikomori begins obsessing over the delivery girl, and eventually he leaves his apartment in search of her. Whether there is actually an earthquake or it is just his imagination, the world around him starts falling apart. 
If anyone has an idea what the title of this film is, please let me know.
