KCX registration

Hi folks,

As we mentioned before, those of you who are intending to attend  
Kinema Club X in Hawai'i, to be held at the East-West Center from July  
31 to August 1, are asked to submit a non-refundable deposit in order  
to register for the event. We have various costs up front and we need  
to lock people into attending--because even if you submitted a  
proposal and later decide not to attend we still end up paying the  
same amount. The final registration fee will be calculated based on  
the actual number of attendees, with the difference from the deposit  
to be paid on site. We have unfortunately not been able to obtain  
outside funding for the event, although Aaron will be using some of  
his personal Yale research fund to defray some of the costs. We hope  
the final total fee will be around $80.

We ask everyone attending to send us a deposit as soon as possible,  
but preferably before July 10. There are two ways of paying:

1) Send a check for $50.00 (US) to Markus Nornes at:

2) Those in Japan can make a furikomi of 5000 yen to the following
