'The Cove' injunction

Dear KineJapaners,
News reports of a court injunction against demonstrators near screenings of 'The Cove'.

I can't say that 'protesters' quite encapsulates the nature of the demonstrators. I have no knowledge of the court proceedings, but I imagine that the plaintiff would have had to convince the judge that more than just protest was threatened.
I haven't seen the item covered in any other newspaper here in the UK, although whaling and 'The Cove' is about the only thing on Japan these days outside of the financial newspapers. New prime minister ? A footnote, if you're lucky. Cautionary tales about coalitions? Better to do Germany where at least the lead character has face and name recognition. It's another media war that Japan is losing hands-down.
