I was on this today as well.
Here's the link from Marcus' posting about accommodation on the 18th :-

But all it says about booking is
"Inquire about our “call-in” program that permits conference attendees to contact our office directly and arrange their own housing. This program frees the conference coordinator from the administrative and financial responsibilities of managing each attendee’s housing reservation. "
