Hi,

Several years ago, a french canadian essay on director Masaki Kobayashi & Japanese cinema was published; the author is Claude R. Blouin.

Unfortunately, the book is now out-of-print. Anyone has read it? Feedbacks would be much appreciated.



And eventually, someone knows how to get in touch with the author? The publisher doesn't have anything about him now...

NB: The book french title is 'Le chemin détourné: Essai sur Kobayashi et
 le cinéma japonais'
