Dear List,



My name is Federica Loddo. I'm a student in Japanese Studies at Humboldt University in Berlin.

I've been part of the list for a while, but I never had the chance to introduce myself properly. Nevertheless, I've been enjoying the interesting and stimulating discussions around the Japanese Film. Thank you!



I'm currently working for the International Comedy Film Festival, a Berlin-based project of young film enthusiasts that deals exclusively with the comedy genre.

We've been showing different comedies every first Wednesday in month since September 2010 in Berlin and Leipzig and this week we are having our first festival edition.



For those of you in Berlin who are interested in intelligent comedies, feel free to join us at Filmtheater am Friedrichshain between the 7-14 December. At the opening we are showing Saya Zamurai by Matsumoto Hitoshi.
