revolution and mizuki

Dear Kinejapaners,

Would someone know a certain Mizuki Kaoru 水木薫 (my reading might be wrong),
who would not be an actress but the author of a *Kakumei to yutopia *Matsuda
Masao refers to in his 1971 *Fûkei no shimetsu* ? Checking the internet
could not give me any hint, and i coudn't find him either in Hirasawa Gô's
several fûkeiron-related books...
