Kinugasa's "A Page of Madness" 35mm print

Dear KineJapan members,

I am looking to rent a 35mm print of Kinugasa Teinosuke's "A Page of  
Madness/ Kurutta Ippeiji" and was wondering if anyone might be able to  
recommend a location in the US or Japan that has this print available  
for rental/loan purposes.

I have already inquired with the Eastman House Kodak in NY and the  
only 35mm print they have available at this time has a continuous  
scratch along the sound effects track on the second reel.

Any suggestions and/or information would be greatly appreciated.
