Integrator fee?

Is the integrator fee for the digital print use that Hollywood is
pushing to EU market coming to Japan as well?

There have been suspicions raised in Finland that Hollywood is pushing
this partly to force Hollywood films on markets where domestic film is
doing well in the box office (like Finland). This, of course, would
apply particularly to Japan, Hollywood's biggest foreign market.
