NFC seems to have a reputation for being incapable of answering calls
or e-mails, but it has been over ten years since Miyagawa-san passed
away.
Maybe Columbia University? They've already got Makino Mamoru's
collection and would probably give researchers reasonable access,
unlike the NFC.
