Japan Foundation film festival support

Hi! Does anybody know: has JF officially stopped monetary assistance
for foreign film festivals and other film events who feature Japanese
films? Their application directory does not have anything about film
events this year. I called Japanese Embassy in Finland, and they
suspect this year there is no money delivered for film festivals.
