	  ** the room is small, but the attic is a shared space used as a study and guest room 
	
	Access: Sangen-jaya station (13 min. walk), Shimokitazawa station (20 min. walk), Tokyo University Komaba campus (20 min. walk), 40 min. walk to Shibuya city center.
	
	Basement -- laundry machine, parking space (used as storage and workshop), bathroom, separate toilet
	Ground floor -- entrance,  living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom
	Second floor -- 3 bedrooms, bathroom
	Third floor (attic) -- guest room
