[KineJapan] Kaze tachinu gets attention at home and abroad

I've not seen the film - I was just being the messenger - Kokuriko-zaka kara, 2011, has only just reached London. .  The reports of it seem no more distorted than those on other wars rather closer to me.
I'd be interested in reading other argued opinions.
