Kore-eda, for sure, but beyond him and Miyazaki, not many, I'd guess.

As far as distributors are concerned, there just doesn't seem to be that much interest in new Japanese cinema.

For reference, only about 5% of the new Japanese films screening in festivals here appear to be making it onto DVD, BR, or VOD outside of Japan.
