[KineJapan] abolition of humanities and social sciences at National Universities in Japan

I truely hope those seeing it as a great opportunity will stick to that interpretation.  I am concerned, for time and again, the private ones also jump when the Ministry says Jump, e.g. make campuses in the country side, then ten years later, move into the city.
