[KineJapan] Kazami Akiko

The actress Kazami Akiko has passed away at the age of 95. Debuting with the Enoken troupe in the 1930s, she had her first starring role in Uchida Tomu's Earth in 1939. She appeared in many films and TV dramas over the year, winning the best actress award at the Festival des 3 continents at Nantes for Shinozaki Makoto's Not Forgotten in 2000.
