Responding to your inquiry, no, I am afraid I don't. When I was conducting research on "Harry" Mimura Akira, I did not encounter any archival materials, except that Mimura published a number of essays in such film journals as Eiga Gijutsu, Shin Eiga, and so on. I am also curious if there are any other materials.

Wish I could be there! This looks like a great series. Congratulations to Daisuke on putting it together.
Completely agree about the strong and complex connections between Japan and Hollywood in the late silent / early sound period (and beyond). Daisuke, do you know if there are any archives or other available material from the 5050 club? The only references I've seen are in Kudo Miyoko's book on Harry Mimura. I wonder if they held any discussion or information sessions, or published anything on their work. I'm particularly interested in sound ideas, techniques, and technology.
