[KineJapan] More problems for Shusenjo

 Shusenjo has been reinstated, various media report. Asahi Shinbun says some other films too and leads with a picture of Shiraishi Kazuo and Inoue Junichi announcing their protest.It was also #2 on BBC Asia which is some achievement for Kawasaki City.Roger

Meanwhile, the Japan Institute of the Moving Image (Nihon Eiga Daigaku, which is also in Kawasaki) is hosting a screening of the film and symposium with Miki on the 4th (free, but all seats spoken for).

My little take on comes near the end where more than one ofthe neo-imperialists (or whatever you like to call them) come out with aprecept that I might paraphrase as ‘not doubting is doing well’. There were a lot of names and backgrounds to take in for onesitting.
