[KineJapan] Film fests of yore in Yurakucho/Hibiya

I don't know the answer to your question, but for what it's worth USC was
getting Pia back then. Some Pia editor was at USC for a visit and then
started sending it to them gratis. I remember a librarian there asking me
if it had any value at all!
