[KineJapan] petition for the continuation of Hiroshima international animation festival

Dear all,

Hiroshima city is ending its support for the animation festival, and
planning a commercial event to replace it. Hiroshima sure has its problems,
but ending it and replacing it with another tourist attraction is not the
way to do it. Please sign.
