Just wantedto let you know and invite you to an upcoming virtual event on the work of documentaryfilmmaker Haneda Sumiko, which includes an online symposium on Thursday 22 July2021 and film screenings of her films Ode to Mt. Hayachine (1982) (16-17July) and Into the Picture Scroll-The Tale of Yamanaka Tokiwa (2004)(23-24 July).
Both thesymposium and the films are free and open to all, but registration is required.The time of the presentations might be inconvenient for some of you, sorry forthat, but the films should be region-free.
