That's very sad news. Rea Amit and I met him and interviewed him for
Midnight Eye, in 2009 I think. He was very courteous and welcoming. He
booked a private room in the dining area of a posh hotel in Akasaka for the
occasion and treated us to coffee while we talked.
May he rest in peace.
