[KineJapan] JFF+

[Markus Nornes]

This year’s selection of online from from the Japan Foundation’s JFF+ is
up. I love what they’ve done this year, which is feature some of the most
prominent mini-theaters in Japan. Their choice of theaters is really smart.

Yatabe-san interviews both filmmakers and programmers. There are pages
devoted to the theaters and their programmers, who have selected the films
for streaming. There’s a mix of fiction and documentary.
