I don't know it, but it looks like: *Ogon no dangan *(The Golden Bullet,
1927), director  INNAMI Hiroshi's (1902–1938) debut film, starring:  ŌIWA
Eijirō, MIYAJIMA Ken'ichi, CHIGUSA Yuriko, and NAKAMURA Sonoe.
