 The film is Ogon no dangan (黄金の弾丸, The Golden Bullet), directed by Innami Hiroshi 印南弘. Apparently it was his directorial debut. It was made at Toa Kinema and stars Oiwa Eijiro, Miyajima Ken’ichi, and Chikusa Yuriko. It’s a detective action film shot in Kobe.
