[KineJapan] Japan Foundation ran out of funds

[Eija Niskanen]

The Japan Foundation has been sending cancellation of monetary support
letters to film events to which they already last year sent a letter of
acceptance for funding them.
Seems they've ran completely  out of funds.
Anyone have more insight into this?
