[KineJapan] Unagi running times

I'm not sure whether a printed festival catalogue is going to be a better authority than the website, which may have got corrected.
But, not clarifying anything, I've glanced at a 2003 'Radio Times' film guide. It generally has the broadcast times, and says 111 minutes.

I have a query about Shohei Imamura's The Eel. Two versions of the film exist, one running 117 minutes and the other, released on DVD in Japan as 「うなぎ　完全版」, at 135 minutes.

Shochiku say it was the longer version that played in Cannes in 1997 when it won the Palme d'or, but two sources suggest otherwise: the Cannes festival website lists it as 117 mins and the film's Japanese wikipedia mentions the long version only as a dvd release.

The surest way to verify would be to check the festival catalogue from that year. I wonder if any Kinejapan member might have access to it and can confirm?
