For those in the New York area who are interested, Namibia no Sabaku (#2 on the KJ list) will play in Queens as part of the Museum of the Moving Image's First Look 2025 series on Thursday, March 13th, at 8:15 PM.  I believe it will be on MoMI's smaller screen.

Having won other awards, it looks like All the Long Nights is the most celebrated Japanese film of 2024.
