All the issues of SPUTNIK that were published during the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival 2025 are now available online as downloadable PDFs. SPUTNIK is published in Japanese and English every day during the festival and features essays and reviews of many of the films and special events/screenings. I have a piece in Issue 5 about the documentary The Yoshida-ryo Dormitory.
