[KineJapan] NFAJ cuts

Hello everyone,

I, too, have been incredibly grateful for the work of the NFAJ's amazing
staff over the past several years, and I share everyone's concerns about
what might lie ahead for them and for the institution as a whole.

We are not alone in these concerns, though. This morning's Yomiuri
editorial is devoted to the issue, which suggests that awareness of the
problem is growing and will hopefully continue to increase. Perhaps, then,
there is still some room for optimism.
