As you may know, documentary filmmaker *Haneda Sumiko* turned 100 years old
this January. To commemorate her anniversary, I am organising together with
Alejandra Armendáriz-Hernández and Marcos Centeno an (in-person) *event in
London next May 5th*: Japan in Transition: The Documentary Cinema of Haneda
