Greetings All:

The butterfly release took the town of Centralia, WA by storm. KOMO TV
of Seattle (ABC) had a chopper fly their reporter and camera man to the
release location to assure prime time coverage. They were gracious
enough to air three (3) minutes of the story on the 6 o'clock news.
When you consider that the motto in media is ..."if it bleeds it leads",
I think the butterflies got terrific coverage. (so I here, as I haven't
seen the footage myself yet.)

I have had a confirmed report from Carol Cobos of Bend, Oregon that KATU
2 (ABC) of Portland, Oregon ran the same story at prime time. If you
have seen the report in your area please let me know. If not, you may
want to call your your local station for coverage.

One other highlight of the day was that the Chamber of Commerce gave the
butterflies the top award in the parade, and we didn't even have a
float.

All I can say is that it was awsome. Paul Cherubini says, and I quote
"...HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE!" But I will let him give you the details when he
gets back to California.

Blessings to everyone that has shown support.
