Sphingid species needed

I am looking for a few ova and/or larvae of Sphinx vashti, Sphinx
dollii, Sphinx sequoiae, and Hemaris senta. I am photographing the
larvae for on upcoming book on the biology/ecology of the Sphingidae of
the U.S. and Canada and plan to include color photos of the last instar
larva of each species in the region. I have U.S.D.A. permits and will
immediately reimburse shipping expenses.
