ROBERT FLANDERS (USDA) TO RESPOND TO LIST NEXT WEEK

Greetings All:

I spoke with Robert Flanders this afternoon via the telephone.  For
those anxiously awaiting a government response, please be patient.  The
USDA seems to be having a problem with their computer system.

Mr. Flanders wants to thank everyone for being part of the democratic
process and discussion on the subject of releases.  He assured me he
will be posting his comments next week.
